Stress Relief
Extremely effective in reducing muscle tension which drains your energy. Without tension and “knots” soft tissues are able to work in a more efficient way. Massage also helps to keep your muscles soft and light, taking the weight off your shoulders.
Orthopedic Massage
Focuses on the tissues and muscles surrounding the joints of the body. While it aims to alleviate the source of bodily pain and tension, orthopedic massage also works to restore balance to these physical structures.
Deep Tissue Massage
This is a hands-on body treatment that leaves patients feeling relaxed and renewed. I love showing my patients how just a few treatments can make an enormous difference to their health.
Neuro-Muscular Therapy
Uses soft tissue manipulation to help improve nervous system function and the overall function and alignment of the skeletal system. Using static pressure, neuro-muscular therapists place a consistent amount of pressure on a specific area of the body, helping to reduce pain and tension effectively
Myofascial Release
Safe and very effective hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the Myofascial connective tissue restrictions to eliminate pain and restore motion.
